ABOUT RSR
RSR stands for "Raquel Spelled Rachel."
Officially, it's my name. Unofficially? It depends on what we're learning that day.
I'm Rachel Brown. My background includes manufacturing, materials management, inventory control, and nearly three decades as a business owner. Throughout my career, I've been guided by a simple question:
"Is there a better way to do this?"
That curiosity eventually became the foundation of RSR Brown. I help organizations make work visible, identify friction, and improve flow so they can make better decisions. My focus isn't on finding someone to blame. It's on understanding what is actually happening and why.
I don't claim to have all the answers. What I do bring is curiosity, practical experience, and a willingness to ask questions that help people see their organization differently. Sometimes the most important step isn't finding the solution. It's understanding the problem well enough to solve the right one.
Healthy Flow. Healthy Business.

Rachel's Core Principles
